Nordisk electronica

Even if I don't live in Scandinavia anymore, Christian Loffler's album makes me dream about those atmospheres.

Pukkelpop 2012

Yes I did it. This year I did it. I went to Pukkelpop.
The line-up was too good to be missed.

Best acts:

Vondelpark above all. Yes, I loved it before the festival and the gig just confirmed, or even amplified, my love :)
Two Door Cinema Club they are always enjoyable
Modeselektor Powerful, powerful, powerful
Digitalism I jumped like crazy
Nicolas Jaar High quality house music
Mark Lanegan I was exausted by the end of the first day, but it was a great conclusion

Delusion? Maybe Breton..it sounded a bit like a boyband

Unfortunately I missed ///No Ceremony and Four Tet dj set :(

getting ready for Pukkelpop

I am going through Pukkelpop lineup in order to get to know as many bands as possible. I don't want to lose anything.
Pure dream...I will eventually miss a lot, I know

#15Oct

Today, people demonstrated in 190 cities in the world. Today, only in Rome something went wrong.
Black Blocks, cars burned and barricades. A day for democracy ruined by few violents.
I am sure we know who they are...why are they still around?...Just another Italian mystery.
Once again Italy will hit the world newspapers' headlines. I am so sick of this kind of celebrity.
I did my part in Copenhagen. I was at the sit-in in RÄdhuspladsen.

CaféBabel Ackademy

Back from Croatia in the rainy Copenhagen.
Very interesting weekend debating with Europeans and wannabe journalists.
Touching the soul of the Balkans, opening the way to a new understanding of our continent.
